CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
All Cash on Delivery products cannot be exchanged or returned, so you should choose the products carefully.
If the payment is made by bank transfer or credit card, you have the right to return the products within 14 days from the day you received them in case of a defect in the products.
The product must not be damaged or missing any of its accessories or covers, and the cosmetics must still have their covers on, and also the clothes must still have their tags on and be in their original covers.
If a return is made without a reason given by the customer, the customer will bear all costs incurred to return the product (such as shipping and transfer fees). In products sold in special offers included in the group of offers, the discount applied to the products will be removed from the value paid and the remaining amount will be refunded, and all products included in the offer must be returned.
Excluded:
Food items, especially confectionery with a short shelf life.
Products specially customized for you.
Used or damaged products or products with missing accessories.
Evening dresses, wedding dresses and lingerie dresses.

REFUND POLICY:
Once we receive your return request, the refund process will begin the same day.After the damaged and defective product returns are checked by the supplier and the return is accepted, the return process will begin on the same day. Refunds will only be processed via the Original Payment Method and will take 10 to 45 days to process depending on the credit card issuing bank.
